The ideal candidate has:
- 15+ years of restaurant operations experience in established, world-class organisations;
- 10+ years of leadership experience managing diverse teams;
- A true passion for creating exceptional experiences for guests as well as teammates;
- An innate desire to bring positive change whilst continuously improving;
- An extreme eye for detail; an ability to compose the minutiae that make up an outstanding guest experience;
- Excellent interpersonal skills: a natural ability and a love for engaging with guests and building genuine relationships;
- Exceptional communication skills;
- Solid financial acumen, with a track record of creating and managing profitable venues;
- Experience working in a major metropolitan city with a vibrant F&B scene.
