They have recently arrived in Dubai, bringing with them a beloved concept that celebrates the bold flavours and spirit of Napoletana cuisine.
The Restaurant Manager will direct and participate in the daily operations of the new restaurant, ensuring a smooth execution of service and consistently exceptional guest experience.
Essential duties & responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Directing the service team to ensure seamless and consistent service;
- Curating and personalising guest experiences to achieve superior guest satisfaction;
- Fostering relationships with guests to build long-term business;
- Implementing effective marketing strategies for the venue and brand;
- Collaborating with the Chef to develop compelling promotions and events;
- Monitoring financials, ensuring cost controls and budgetary goals are met;
- Motivating and leading a dynamic team to perform at optimal levels;
- Creating and sustaining a team culture that is positive and inclusive;
- Lead the training and development of team members;
- Monitoring guest experience metrics, ensuring a positive presence on online platforms;
- Making business recommendations to the leadership team to continuously improve the team and the organisation.
