A stunning new French restaurant is coming to life in an architectural gem in NYC next Spring. Helmed by an award-winning visionary, this will be one of the most innovative and significant restaurants to come for years.

The General Manager will:
  • Direct the daily operations of the venue and deliver seamless service;
  • Curate personalised, engaging experiences that are unique and memorable;
  • Provide robust training in hospitality standards, meticulous service, guest engagement, and food & beverage education;
  • Manage all aspects of the operation, including rostering, budgeting, purchasing, and compliance;
  • Develop a strategic and compelling cultural and culinary programme which includes unique events and initiatives.
We’re seeking:
  • Senior management experience in fine dining and Michelin-starred restaurants;
  • Strong understanding and proven ability to operate a successful venue;  
  • Outstanding leadership abilities to recruit, mentor, and lead a high-performing team; 
  • Extensive knowledge of French cuisine, luxury service, and hospitality standards;
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills with a natural knack for engaging guests and creating unique experiences;
  • Fluency in French is required.
