The General Manager will:
- Direct the daily operations of the venue and deliver seamless service;
- Curate personalised, engaging experiences that are unique and memorable;
- Provide robust training in hospitality standards, meticulous service, guest engagement, and food & beverage education;
- Manage all aspects of the operation, including rostering, budgeting, purchasing, and compliance;
- Develop a strategic and compelling cultural and culinary programme which includes unique events and initiatives.
We’re seeking:
- Senior management experience in fine dining and Michelin-starred restaurants;
- Strong understanding and proven ability to operate a successful venue;
- Outstanding leadership abilities to recruit, mentor, and lead a high-performing team;
- Extensive knowledge of French cuisine, luxury service, and hospitality standards;
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with a natural knack for engaging guests and creating unique experiences;
- Fluency in French is required.
