Regional Marketing Manager, Middle East (Hong Kong)

N.B.: Prior experience in the Middle East is REQUIRED. The position is based in Hong Kong, with frequent travel to the Middle East.

They are one of the most recognised brands in the world, well-known for their dedication to innovation and excellence and commitment to the community. With major expansion planned in the Middle East, a new position has emerged.

The Regional Marketing Manager will be responsible for spearheading the marketing strategy and communications for the brand, focusing on culinary initiatives, public relations and guest experience, while working closely with their licensed partners. 

Essential Duties & Responsibilities Include:

  • Brand Marketing
    • Manage and assist in the creative development of guest experience and brand initiative through embracing and conveying the brand's voice
  • Digital Marketing
    • Drive digital strategy using social media and content innovation across Asia channels keeping the brand’s digital presence informed and modern, ensuring cohesiveness to brand identity
  • PR & Communications
    • Collaborate with key stakeholders to guide cross-functional decisions rooted in guest feedback and insights and support executive PR opportunities and strategies
  • Culinary Creativity:
    • Manage culinary strategy, program execution, and content creation for the region by providing insights on local trends

We seek candidates with:
  • A minimum of 5+ years experience in marketing, with a focus on F&B or hospitality brands
  • Experience working with external vendors or global licensed partners, with the ability to foster and maintain positive and productive working relationships
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Written and spoken fluency in English required
  • Ability and flexibility to travel to the Middle East (up to 60%)
