This prolific group is now seeking a Head Chef for their vibrant new restaurant in a historic landmark at the heart of the city.
The Head Chef will lead a Michelin-star level kitchen and team to achieve and uphold excellence in all areas of the restaurant operation and business. Responsibilities include:
- attracting, recruiting, and, hiring top culinary talent,
- cultivating a positive, productive work environment,
- working closely with the Group Executive Chef to create and develop enticing dishes that are true to the cuisine,
- training the team on recipes and dish execution,
- working with the FOH team to deliver outstanding guest experiences,
- and ensuring smooth and profitable daily operation of the kitchen.
We seek a culinary leader with:
- 8+ years of experience working with a variety of Indian cuisines in reputable/Michelin-starred restaurants,
- a desire to exercise creativity without ego, drawing from personal and professional experiences to share knowledge and contribute to the team and restaurant,
- the desire and ability to inspire and motivate, a genuine interest in the growth and development of others,
- the financial and business acumen to manage costs effectively and form strategies that result in profitable outcomes long-term.
