Our partner is an accomplished chef with a storied culinary journey through Europe and Asia. Joining forces with the leading hospitality group in Singapore, he is on track to open a ground-breaking, one-of-a-kind restaurant come early 2024. As such, we are now seeking an exceptional Head Chef.
What we're after:
- 5+ years of Sous Chef experience in high-calibre restaurants;
- Exceptional knowledge of Italian cuisine, history, and culture;
- Excellent communication skills to direct a large, diverse team;
- Strong organisational skills with ability to effectively manage competing priorities and meet deadlines in an opening environment;
- A natural ability to build meaningful relationships with the team and inspire them to achieve success;
- A flexible, adaptable nature, comfortable to work with ambiguity in an pre-opening setting;
- A relentless drive for excellence and the determination to uphold and set consistently high standards.
