Our partner is a renowned hospitality group with an established portfolio of award-winning restaurants. The group has a successful track record of creating extraordinary restaurants concepts that garner large international followings. We are now seeking a Sous Chef with a background in high-volume, classic or modern Italian venues, to join their institutional New York-Italian restaurant. 

The Sous Chef will assist the Chef de Cuisine in overseeing the day-to-day culinary operations, managing crucial stations across the kitchen, while organising team rosters, and stock take. The Sous Chef will partake in training junior kitchen team members, while working closely with the FOH team to ensure seamless, consistent service.
