The group's hospitality division encompasses a spectrum of vibrant hotels in prime locations, attracting young, discerning travellers and patrons who seek fun, comfort, and relaxation. 

We are now seeking a General Manager for the relaunch of a spectacular rooftop bar and restaurant. The hotel consists of 500 smartly designed rooms with skyline views of Bangkok and a colourful atmosphere that seamlessly blends contemporary aesthetics with Thai influences. The new bar & restaurant - the heartbeat of the hotel - will showcase hand-crafted cocktails, delectable Thai-Japanese fare, and a thrilling lineup of entertainment and music. This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned operator to build a top-notch venue and team in arguably the most energetic and exciting city in Asia! 

We invite spirited, passionate General Managers to join the pre-opening team. We seek a consummate host - someone adept at creating an inviting atmosphere and making the guests feel at home. 

The General Manager will be responsible for:
  • Recruiting, leading, and managing a team of 30+, creating and maintaining an environment of collaboration, mutual respect, and high productivity;
  • Directing and participating in the day-to-day operations, supporting the team as needed to ensure high-quality, consistent service;
  • Driving guest satisfaction by actively engaging with guests, anticipating their needs, proactively cultivating repeat patrons; 
  • Implementing policies, protocols, and best practices to ensure seamless operations; 
  • Monitoring performance data, including financials, sales, activity reports, to monitor and measure productivity and goal progress;
  • Driving the business to maximise profitability and efficiency;
  • Working with marketing and PR to promote the venue and seasonal specials, new menus, offerings, etc.
We seek candidates with:
  • 3+ years of senior management experience in established, successful restaurants & bars in a major city;
  • Strong financial and HR acumen;
  • Solid understanding of market dynamics and customer preferences;
  • Exceptional communication and leadership skills, with high levels of EQ;
  • Ability to problem-solve, think strategically, and work both autonomously and collaboratively;
  • Extremely guest-oriented and service minded;
  • Proven track record of building and cultivating high-performing teams and achieving targets.
