We seek candidate with:
- 8+ years of culinary experience in highly-regarded, culinary-forward restaurants;
- 3+ years of senior leadership experience as Chef de Cuisine, Head Chef, or Executive Chef;
- Strong financial acumen and organisational skills;
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills;
- A successful track record of leading large, dynamic teams of 20+;
- Ability and passion for coaching, training and developing team members;
- An innate desire to drive, deliver and achieve excellence;
- A natural inquisitiveness to continuously learn, improve, and share knowledge;
- A kind, respectful, and attentive leadership style;
