The ideal individual will have worked in reputable restaurants in major cities, demonstrating a successful track record of leading top-notch culinary teams to achieve excellent guest experience, peer recognition, and overall business profitability. Aside from culinary prowess, this individual will need to have well-rounded business acumen and familiarity in areas of marketing, finance, HR, design, etc.
