We are now seeking a Chef de Cuisine to create and deliver an elegant culinary experience that effortlessly intertwines comfort with luxury, whilst focusing on simplicity and authenticity.
The Chef de Cuisine will:
- Oversee the full spectrum of culinary operations, including food cost management, recipe development, ordering, and inventory;
- Work closely with Executive Chef and owner to create compelling menus that integrate personal storytelling;
- Recruit, mentor, and lead a talented and high-performing culinary team.
