A stunning new French restaurant is coming to life in an architectural gem in NYC next Spring. Helmed by an award-winning visionary, this will be one of the most innovative and significant restaurants to come for years.

We are now seeking a Chef de Cuisine to create and deliver an elegant culinary experience that effortlessly intertwines comfort with luxury, whilst focusing on simplicity and authenticity.

The Chef de Cuisine will:
  • Oversee the full spectrum of culinary operations, including food cost management, recipe development, ordering, and inventory;
  • Work closely with Executive Chef and owner to create compelling menus that integrate personal storytelling;
  • Recruit, mentor, and lead a talented and high-performing culinary team.
We’re seeking:
  • Extensive experience in classical and modern French cuisine;
  • A proven track record of organising and operating a successful kitchen and team;
  • An innate drive for excellence, and an ability to inspire others;
  • Outstanding communication skills;
  • A passion and understanding for creating extraordinary, genuine experiences.
