Our partner is a cutting-edge, pioneering producer and supplier of locally and sustainably grown greens with a growing client base consisting of Hong Kong's top hotels and restaurants. As they continue to expand, they are now seeking a Sales Manager dedicated to building relationships, driving sales, and maximising business opportunities.

The key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Developing new markets and accounts by bolstering existing relationships and establishing new ones in the food service channel, particularly within F&B chains, catering groups, and supermarkets;
  • Maintaining comprehensive and up-to-date knowledge of each outlet's unique selling points, features, amenities, services, and policies, as well as those of competitors;
  • Participating in marketing events such as seminars, trade shows, and telemarketing;
  • Coordinating delivery schedules and ensuring timely delivery of merchandise and services;
  • Providing feedback on market conditions, analysing direct competition, and conducting regular research to identify new selling strategies.
We seek individuals with:
  • 5+ years of experience in inside or outside sales, B2B business development, or account management, preferably within the food and beverage industry;
  • Proven track record in business development and forming strategic partnerships to drive revenue;
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to adapt to various situations;
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills in both English and Cantonese;
  • Existing relationships with F&B chains, catering groups, and supermarkets;
  • Effective time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.
