Our partner is a renowned hospitality group with an established portfolio of award-winning restaurants. We are now seeking a Head Chef with an exceptional background in contemporary, high-volume, and lively Modern Vietnamese or South East Asian venues focusing on the bold flavours of elevated street food.

The Head Chef will oversee the day-to-day culinary operations and development of this Vietnamese restaurant, working with the Executive Chef to design exciting menus, evoking the fresh, vibrant flavours that the cuisine is well known for. The Head Chef will train and mentor the culinary teams to understand and appreciate the ingredients, techniques, and flavours, while working closely with the FOH team to ensure seamless, consistent service, and collaborating with the marketing team to promote the restaurants and build a following. With an open kitchen design, guests are able to see the Head Chef and team in action, allowing for an inviting dining experience. 

The salary package is competitive and includes relocation support and visa sponsorship. Additionally, there is abundant opportunity to grow and advance with the group.
