We are seeking a Beverage Director to create and spearhead an exceptional programme of extraordinary wines, rare spirits, and distinctive cocktails.
The Beverage Director will:
- Curate and manage an unparalleled wine list, showcasing prestigious vintages;
- Design and direct an exclusive, luxurious hospitality experience;
- Develop a premium, highly considered cocktail programme;
- Create a robust training programme that focuses on storytelling, education, and meticulous service;
- Direct all aspects of the beverage operation, including budgeting, purchasing, inventory, and compliance.
We’re seeking:
- Extensive fine dining, Michelin-starred experience;
- Advanced certification in wine (WSET, CMS, or equivalent);
- An innate gift for delivering exceptional, genuine experiences;
