What we're seeking:
A Head Chef with an exceptional background in Lebanese, Levantine, Mediterranean, or Middle Eastern cuisines to partake in the revitalisation of a beloved restaurant. The venue is a multi-faceted operations spanning across three floors. The ground floor operating as for takeaways and deliveries; a go-to spot to snap up a balanced, flavourful meal. Upstairs houses the main dining area designed for the full dining experience in addition to a rooftop, al fresco space, for an easygoing weekend spread, or hosting events of all celebrations.
The ideal candidate is a creative chef passionate about creating flavourful, enticing dishes, a humble leader with strong interpersonal and communication skills, and an organised, effective administrator with extreme attention to detail and commitment to team success.
