Our partner is a renowned hospitality group with an established portfolio of award-winning restaurants. We are now seeking a Chef de Cuisine with an exceptional background in contemporary, high-volume, and lively Japanese venues focusing on the craft of robatayaki and sashimi.
The Chef de Cuisine will oversee the day-to-day culinary operations and development of this Japanese restaurant, working with the Executive Chef to design exciting menus, evoking the fresh, vibrant flavours that the cuisine is well known for. The Chef de Cuisine will train and mentor the culinary teams to understand and appreciate the ingredients, techniques, and flavours, while working closely with the FOH team to ensure seamless, consistent service, and collaborating with the marketing team to promote the restaurants and build a following.
