Their beloved modern French restaurant showcases delightful dishes featuring the best seasonal ingredients in an approachable and lively setting. We are now seeking a Chef de Cuisine who is intimately knowledgeable and passionate about modern French bistro cuisine.
The Chef de Cuisine will:
- Oversee the culinary activities and operations of the restaurant,
- Develop an exciting menu of approachable, modern French dishes,
- Ensure seamless preparation and execution of daily service,
- Recruit, train, and direct a team to deliver consistently high-quality guest experience,
- Continuously develop the team’s skills and knowledge,
- Foster an inspiring, safe, and productive work environment,
- Work closely with suppliers to ensure quality and consistency of product,
- Maintain food and labour costs while maximising sales to ensure profitability.
We seek candidates with:
- 5+ years of culinary experience working with French cuisine,
- 3+ years of management experience in well-regarded, full-service restaurants,
- A passion for nurturing and developing a diverse team,
- A natural inclination to deliver consistent excellence.
