We are now seeking a Head Dim Sum Chef passionate about the art of dim sum. They will lead dim sum development and take part the day-to-day production, working collaboratively across the culinary teams to achieve exceptional standards and consistency.

Essential duties & responsibilities include:

  • Working with the Executive Chef to develop creative and compelling dim sum menus;
  • Upholding exceptional quality and consistency;
  • Partaking in high-volume dim sum production;
  • Contributing to a positive and productive environment;
  • Sharing your passion and knowledge of dim sum! 

We seek candidates with:

  • A minimum of 5 years of dim sum experience in full-service, finer dining restaurants;
  • A genuine passion for excellent standards of ingredients and technique, and a desire to create exceptional dishes;
  • An appreciation and love for dim sum and Cantonese cuisine!
