Our partners operate a dynamic portfolio of neighbourhood-favourite venues. They are now seeking an ambitious & creative Head Chef for their newest opening set for summer 2026, serving the city with refined pub classics alongside exquisite draught pours.
The ideal candidate will have:
- 3+ years experience in a Sous or Senior Sous Chef position in a major city;
- Prior experience in designing, costing, and testing recipes;
- Intimate knowledge of British and/or Modern European cuisine;
- Experience in managing a minimum sized team of five;
- The charisma and persona to genuinely engage with guests, represent and promote the bar in person and on social media;
- A high level of attention to detail and organisation;
- A roll-up-your-sleeves, lead-by-example style of leadership.
