Our partners is a home-grown F&B group with beloved neighbourhood gems. They’ve recently added onto their portfolio, an innovative homemade pasta bar inspired by the local flavours of the city. They are seeking an Assistant Restaurant Manager to join their team, offering friendly and unique experiences to all guests.
Roles & responsibilities include:
- Working collaboratively with the General Manager and Operations Manager to ensure smooth sailing services;
- Monitoring and managing the reservations and walk-in systems on SevenRooms;
- Overseeing scheduling for front of house team staff;
- Organising on-the-spot training for new team members for topics including beverage & food menu offerings.
We’re seeking candidates with:
- A minimum of 2 years experience in a managerial position, preferably in lively and high-volume restaurants;
- Experience in operating and managing SevenRooms reservation systems;
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment;
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and service skills.
