As Operations Director, you will lead and manage the business and people of multiple venues within the group.
Main responsibilities include:
- Driving the overall operational and business performance of the venues;
- Building and developing top teams with clear structures and effective division of responsibilities;
- Working with the Board to identify goals for each venue, setting clear objectives and key results;
- Leading and supporting each team to achieve target objectives and results;
- Ensuring team alignment to each venue’s and overall group’s mission and values;
- Driving the financial planning and budgeting process, ensuring targets are achieved;
- Taking ownership of the overall P&L statements of each venue;
- Recommending and implementing cost controls through analysis of sales trends and POS reports;
- Cultivating a positive, supportive and productive environment;
- Ensuring high levels of quality, operational, and hygienic standards are consistently met;
- Ensuring adherence to all licensing laws pertaining to the service of food and beverage, public and employee safety while remaining in compliance with local food safety standards;
- Developing and executing the growth strategy for each venue;
- Leading the opening of new venues, both locally and overseas.
We seek candidates with:
- 5+ years of senior leadership experience in reputable restaurant/hospitality groups with exceptional standards;
- A concrete track record of operational and business success,
- Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to collaborate closely, delegate, and motivate a diverse team;
