With major growth ahead, the team is now growing and hiring for a Regional Operations Manager.
The Operations Manager will provide dedicated support to partners across the region by leading new development, evaluating existing operations, and ensuring proper staffing and ongoing training while meeting targets and objectives, and aligning with the company's ethos and values. Main responsibilities include:
- Ongoing evaluation of newly opened and existing venues to ensure operational and health and safety standards are consistently met and upheld;
- Monitoring operational metrics including staffing pipelines and sales and performance and action on areas of improvement;
- Working with area directors and the partners’ training teams to provide hands-on training at every level of the venue;
- Working with key stakeholders to ensure the business is operating at optimal levels while driving overall company goals and initiatives
We are seeking candidates with:
- A minimum of 5 years of multi-unit management experience in an established and reputable F&B company;
- Operations experience in APAC;
- Extensive knowledge of restaurant operations, including steps of service, health and safety, and general SOPs;
- Experience working with licensed partners, with the ability to foster and maintain positive and productive working relationships;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Written and spoken fluency in English required;
- Flexibility to travel up to 60 to 70%.
